The New England Patriots had an excellent win Sunday night, November 26, against the Miami Dolphins, with a score of 17-35. Of course a Patriots game would not be complete without a few injury possibilities. In this case, the newest player with a potential injury is something no Patriots fan would want to hear. Quarterback Tom Brady was hit eight times during last Sunday’s game, November 26, and reports to be a little bit sore, later learning that he had a minor achilles heel issue. Thankfully, it is nothing serious and he is expected to be up and ready to bring home another win with, “A little extra treatment this week and I’ll be ready to go next week.” When asked about how he felt about the game, he states that it is “Kind of late in the year and it was a pretty physical game. A little extra treatment this week and I’ll be ready to go next week”

Unfortunately, Tom was absent from the beginning of Wednesday’s practice, raising the suspicion of how serious his injury scare could be. Unfortunately, Tom was not the only Patriot to sit out during Wednesday’s practice, on November 29. Starter Marcus Cannon was absent due to an ankle injury and LaAdrian Waddle has been out since week eight when he further worsened an ankle injury he had previously gotten. Another injured player, Chris Hogan, is still absent with a shoulder injury. Thankfully Tom returned to practice on Thursday, November 30. He followed by playing a great game on Sunday, December 3, with a win of 23-3 over the Buffalo Bills.
