Sophia Lauer

Sophia Lauer is involved in drama club, government studies, travel volunteerism, Amnesty International, and the creative writing club. She published her first book, a memoir titled Venture Home, in 2017 as S. E. Lauer, sparking her journey in creative nonfiction, poetry, and political prose. She will be attending Vanderbilt University as part of the Class of 2023, perhaps majoring in English, sociology, or political science. She is inspired by her family, politics, travel, and sometimes cats.
